Kindly note:
You may choose to pay
– 50% up front and 50% upon completion; or
– 100% up front.
Significant changes to your design after the first fitting because of a “change of mind” may be chargeable and will likely impact the timeline for completion.
Orders are non-refundable and non-changeable once the cloth has been cut. Wedding dress orders are payable by bank transfer or cash.
In certain cases, there may be slight variations to pricing, such as a 10% surcharge to accommodate larger sizes due to the need for additional cloth. Express tailoring services may also be offered with a surcharge.
2-3 fittings are recommended for suits, dresses and gowns. 1-2 fittings are recommended for coats, shirts, blouses, skirts, pants, shorts and jeans. If your time in Bangkok is limited, we can work out a timeline with you which may include shipping your clothes to your home country (additional surcharge).
